How do I know if the Reliev-ER has hit the right spot?

Placement of the Reliev-ER™ is the single most important factor to get relief. In the written instructions and the videos, we strive to show the proper placement, but each person is different. The secret is locating the "sensitive spot". You will know when you apply pressure to it. We suggest using your fingers, pressing mildly in the area shown, until you hit the spot that is the most sensitive, or the "sensitive spot". Once located, place the unit on that exact spot, press mildly to your comfort level, and your relief will start.

How often can I use the Reliev-ER?

The Reliev-ER™ can be used over and over in a single day. If a single spot is used continuously and become overly sensitive, simply change to the opposing hand, foot, wrist or arm.

How long do I need to leave the Reliev-ER on for?

We recommend 3 to 5 minutes per spot. After, wait at least 5 minutes to repeat the same hold. As a precaution, do not exceed a single hold for more than 15 minutes.

Is there risks to using the Reliev-ER for long periods of time?

Remember, the use of the Reliev-ER™ stimulates the body's creation of endorphins. The release of endorphins creates dopamine. Dopamine is the pleasure chemical of the body. Although extended use of the Reliev-ER™ does not create adverse reactions, we always recommend moderation. The body will build up it's natural tolerances.

Yes. Please understand that the Reliev-ER™ should not be used as the only form of treatment for chronic pain. Consult for healthcare professional if you have any questions. Yes, you can. Although several Reliev-ER™ locations address multiple symptoms, use of a second Reliev-ER™ stimulates faster and stronger reactions.

Heavy pressure is not needed. We have designed the Reliev-ER™ to be adjustable to each person's tolerances. Only mild pressure is needed to activate the endorphin release. Some people prefer more pressure. You should be the judge.
